COMMUNICATIONS

Communications to politicians and senior civil servants have a language all of their own! From consultation responses through to newsletters, blogs or even a letter to a Minister, Chris is experienced in getting messages across with the right nuance and balance.

STAKEHOLDER RESEARCH

Do you know what your partners and clients really think of your organisation? They may not tell you directly but they will usually take part in stakeholder research with an independent, knowledgeable third party. Chris has undertaken several stakeholder research projects to help clients find out how their organisations are really perceived and understood.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Chris organises a range of policy-focused events from small private parliamentary dinners and conference fringe meetings through to an annual lunch for 100+ attendees at the House of Lords. And here’s some food for thought – senior civil servants will often respond positively to an invite to a private dinner if it is relevant, policy-heavy and gives them a chance to meet fellow officials from other Departments.

INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Chris is an experienced interim manager and has undertaken senior assignments on a 3-days-a-week basis with General Motors UK, the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership and the Chartered Institution of Building Services.
